How do you print directly on chocolate? We use the Chocolography Food Imaging System which creates high resolution images directly on the surface on confectionary items.
Is everything edible? Yes! Everything is edible and delicious. The colored ink is food-grade and FDA approved. The printing surface of the chocolate is coated with a thin layer of frosting.
What is the shelf life of the chocolate? If stored properly, the chocolate and the image will still be delicious for 6-9 months. Keep at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
What do you have other than milk chocolate? Most of our items come in milk, white and dark chocolate. Our solid truffles and our cookies are chocolate. All made in the USA.
Can you provide Kosher chocolate? Yes! The Chocologaphy manufacturing faciltiy is certified Kosher.
How do I provide my logo or photo to you? You can e-mail or mail your photo/logo/artwork to sales@picturethiscandycompany.com. For best results, your photo should be a minimum of 300 dpi. JPEG is the preferred format. All hard copy photographs/artwork will be returned.
What photographs work best? 1. Light Background - not white, meaning a good contrast between background and object/people. 2. Center the perople/person in the photo. 3. A close-up photograph. 4. Take picture in a well lighted area. 5. Make sure the light comes from behind the photographer to avoid shadows on the faces.
Can I see how it will look before you print? We email or mail a proof for your written approval prior to beginning production.
Can I cancel my order? As our products are made to order and personalized to your specifications, orders can not be cancelled once you have approved the proof.
